• Creating a personal 'Impact Statement'

Assignments: Presence checklist, self-recorded video, impact statement worksheet

This session equips leaders with tools to inspire, mobilize, and influence through strategic storytelling and persuasive communication. Topics include:

• Persuasion through logic and emotion
• Crafting stories that drive action
• Navigating difficult or high-stakes conversations
• Tailoring messages for different stakeholders (investors, media, teams)
• Simulation preparation briefing
