Your business must be officially registered and at least three years old.

- The Power Circle (Group Format) – A collaborative, high-impact learning experience with a maximum of 20 participants per class.
- The Tailored Development Experience (One-on-One Format) – A personalized, customized learning journey.
LEARNING STRUCTURE EXPLAINED: THE POWER CIRCLE
The Power Circle is an immersive group session held virtually and in cities around the world, offering a workshop-style experience. This three-day program includes a combination of classes, a simulation activity where participants can apply their skills in real-time, and a guided workbook to facilitate structured learning and reflection.
Participants will benefit from a peer support system, with plenty of opportunities for networking and collaboration. Locations for these sessions are announced in advance to allow for easy registration and travel planning.
Designed in a small-group format, The Power Circle emphasizes interactive learning, peer exchange, and structured discussions. It incorporates collaborative exercises, group coaching, and case studies, offering participants a range of perspectives and shared experiences.

The Tailored Development Experience is an exclusive, one-on-one leadership communication program designed to offer a highly customized and immersive development journey.
The experience begins with a pre-class assessment to identify key areas for growth, followed by a personalized program that directly addresses specific leadership communication needs. While the approach is tailored to each individual, the program stays true to the overarching module topic, covering four focused sessions on core leadership communication themes. Participants also engage in two simulation sessions to practice and apply their skills in real-world scenarios.
This format ensures a results-driven, adaptable approach to leadership development in a private setting, offering ample opportunities for personalized coaching and feedback.
