The Leadership Voice Masterclass is open to women and men from all backgrounds and nationalities. While the program is designed with a strong focus on empowering African leaders, its core principles—enhancing communication, leadership presence, and confidence—are universal. If you believe this masterclass aligns with your leadership goals, we encourage you to register and participate, either in-person or virtually.

In 2025, the in-person group sessions will take place in multiple locations, which will be announced soon. Additional locations may be added based on demand. Full details on schedules will be provided ahead of registration. If your location isn’t included, you can still join the program virtually.

The fee is quoted in USD to ensure consistency and transparency for all participants, regardless of location. This simplifies international transactions and allows us to accommodate participants from multiple countries. If you cannot attend your selected session, please contact our support team as soon as possible. Depending on availability, you may be able to reschedule for a future session or access recorded content (where applicable).

When a session is advertised as The Power Circle (group format), on-site attendance is required, and it will not be recorded. If you register for The Power Circle in your country, you must be physically present.

However, The Tailored Development Experience sessions are conducted virtually, allowing you to schedule a private one-on-one session from anywhere in the world.

Additionally, recorded masterclass topics will be available via subscription, accompanied by a workbook to support your learning. These sessions can be accessed at your convenience—whether at home, in the office, or while traveling.

Yes, you can attend The Power Circle in any available location. However, please note that your registration fee does not cover flight or accommodation.
